By using this website you confirm to agree with our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change without any prior notice. In addition to our Terms & Conditions every telephony product has Terms & Conditions from its manufacturer. These Terms and Conditions can be found in the Detail section of the product. By purchasing a Telephony product you also confirm your agreement with the manufacturer's Terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, and interpreted, in accordance with Australian Law. Any dispute between the Customer and us will be resolved in accordance with this system.
Order Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed via our website. Your placement of order does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right to reject your order should we at our sole discretion suspect that orders are not bona fide or are fraudulent.
Payment Policy
We accept orders only via our securely hosted online Credit card processing facility. Credit Card Payments will be processed in real time by Credit Card processing Merchant Bank and only successful authorization shall be subject to a sale. We cannot guarantee nor can be held liable for a decline on your credit card transaction.
Order Fulfillment Policy
Delivery of phone card pins will take place instantly after the purchase. The customers will be provided with the pin numbers and other necessary information in three different methods. Right after the purchase, the customer will be able to view or, print the pin number in Secure Delivery page. These information will also be displayed in their MY ACCOUNT page. On top of that they will receive a purchase summary email instantly. We will not be held responsible if your email address is not valid or, if your email host deny our email to be sent to your mailbox.
Security Policy
We use highest industry standard 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryptions to transmit any sensitive information including your credit card information. We also maintain a vigorous consumer protection policy to fight fraudulent credit card users. Credit Card fraud is a Federal Offense in Australia. The guilty party would be easily tracked down by means of IP Address, originating and destination phone number and will be aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extend of law. We reserve the right to pass over information to the police and/or official body information that may help reduce the use of fraudulent or unauthorized card use.
Phone Card Policy
We are the reseller of every card listed on MelbourneConnect.com.au and we shall not be held responsible for drop calls, lost minutes or static connection. If you have any questions regarding the usage or quality of the card, you must contact the customer service department of the particular phone card company. Although we try our best to give you the most accurate and up to date information of any particular card, we cannot guarantee them nor shall be held responsible if the rate or fee has been changed by the phone card manufacturer. We will update our site as soon as we receive official notification from the card manufacturer.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We practice "No question asked" exchange/refund policy. We will happily exchange a phone card with any other equivalent phone card (of same or lower price) of your choice as long as the original card has full balance. We can also offer a refund if you decide not to exchange as long as the phone card in question has full balance. Partially used phone cards will be considered case-by-case basis and are not eligible for a guaranteed refund or exchange.
If you purchase a phone card from MelbourneConnect.com.au and for some reason the phone card company goes out of business we will issue a refund for the remaining balance of your phone card as long as you purchase the phone card within one month of the incident. Any phone cards purchased for more than one month of the incident will not be eligible for refund. We will decide the nature of the refund. You need to notify us within two weeks of the incident in order to be eligible for the refund.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information may be stored and used by us for research, marketing and update notification purposes but under no circumstances will they be sold to any third party.
Age restriction Policy
Minors under 16 years of age should not be using services of MelbourneConnect.com.au without supervision of parent or guardians. Since we do not have any safeguard to prevent minors from visiting our site, we rely on parents/guardians for their supervision.

Miscellaneous
No additional warranties are given or implied, except by written agreement of MelbourneConnect.com.au. We offer no warranty for lost or stolen phone card pins. Our liability, if any, will not exceed the purchase price of any products.
