DIRECT DEPOSIT INSTRUCTION accept Direct Deposit payment from customers. You can make a Direct Deposit (Also know as "Money Transfer", "Pay Anyone" etc.) from your Bank Account to our Bank Account and we will post the fund to your account. Few important things:
red square It is extremely important that you put your USER ID in the Description or, Comments or, Reference field while making the transfer so that we know where the money came from. Other than your USER ID we don't have a way to know who send the money.
red square After the transfer, it is also recommended (not necessary, but to be on the safe side) that you let us know by going to your MY ACCOUNT page and follow the link.

What is Direct Deposit?
Direct Deposit is a term (Also known as "Money Transfer", "Pay Anyone" etc.) use to refer Money Transfer between 2 Australian Bank Accounts.
Why should I make a Direct Deposit?
If you don't have a credit card, this is the only other payment option you have. You may also choose Direct Deposit to verify your account.
Can I transfer more money at a time so that I can make multiple purchases?
Yes. Actually this is a recommended way. For example, if you transfer $100.00, we will post $100.00 to your account. With this $100.00 you can make as many purchases as you want. At the end of each purchase you can view your remaining balance from your MY ACCOUNT page.
How long can I keep the remaining balance?
There is no restriction. You can keep them as long as you wish.
How much money (fund) can I transfer?
You can transfer any amount between $1.00 and $1000.00
How long does it take for a transferred fund to show up on My account?
It usually takes 1-2 business days for the transaction to show up on our Online Bank Detail. As soon as the transaction shows up (You must put your USER ID as reference or, detail, or, comments so that we know where the money came from) we will post the fund to your account. We check our Bank accounts several times everyday.
How do I know when a fund is posted to my account?
You will receive an automated notification email every time a fund is posted. Also, you can visit your MY ACCOUNT page for your current Balance and Direct Deposit history.
